2. Applicability

These terms of delivery apply to all orders placed through the webshop of the ATOM Foundation. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Product information

The products offered through our webshop are intended to support our mission. We strive to provide accurate and complete product information. Any errors or omissions are non-binding and subject to correction.

4. Order and confirmation

After placing an order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation by e-mail. The contract is concluded when the customer receives this confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery time: We aim to ship orders within 7 working days of receiving payment.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.
Delivery area: We deliver within Europe.

6. Payment

Payment should be made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process. The order will not be processed until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing within this period. After revocation, the customer has another 14 days to return the product. The costs of return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

8. Complaints and disputes

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the product. We aim to deal with complaints within 14 days of receipt.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part.

10. Privacy

We value the privacy of our customers and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). More information on this can be found in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms of delivery. The most recent version is always available on our website.
